Kenneth Rubinstein is the senior partner at Rubinstein and Rubinstein, LLP. Mr. Rubinstein received a Bachelor of Business Administration, with Honors, from the City College of New York, Bernard M. Baruch School of Business and Public Administration in 1968, and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law in 1979.

Mr. Rubinstein is admitted to practice in New York and before the Federal District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2d Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association, Section on Trust and Estate Law.

Mr. Rubinstein is listed in
