Jeremy J. Bethel is an associate attorney at Rubinstein & Rubinstein, LLP. Jeremy focuses on business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, domestic asset protection, and estate and tax planning

Jeremy represents both individual and corporate clients in trial and appellate litigation of business and commercial matters.

Jeremy is also active in advising clients on various strategies to accomplish the protection of assets and preservation of family and business wealth, as well as the achievement of significant tax minimization via implementation of trusts, family limited partnerships and related structures.

Jeremy received a B.A. Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Binghamton University in 1997, and a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2002, where he was Notes & Articles editor of the Fordham Urban Law Journal.

Jeremy also served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Jane S. Solomon of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
