Asher Rubinstein is a partner at Rubinstein & Rubinstein, LLP. His practice concentration is in international asset protection, wealth preservation and related litigation.

Asher provides legal representation to clients on issues including the legitimate preservation and protection of assets and private wealth, domestically and offshore, income tax planning, estate planning, and asset-protection-related litigation in state and federal courts on the trial and appellate levels.

Asher has represented clients ranging from prominent celebrities, art collectors, restaurateurs, entrepreneurs, international investors, and multinational corporations.

Asher began his career as an international trade attorney at a boutique Park Avenue international trade law firm. In 1999, he joined his father, Kenneth Rubinstein, to form Rubinstein & Rubinstein, LLP, using his international experience to advise clients on offshore asset protection and wealth preservation strategies.

Asher was awarded a B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1991, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in 1996. He received various awards for written and oral advocacy, including Best Oral Advocate, Best Written Advocate, and multiple Jacob Burns Medals for excellence in written and oral advocacy.
