Kenneth Rubinstein is the senior partner at Rubinstein and Rubinstein, LLP.
Mr. Rubinstein received a Bachelor of Business Administration, with Honors, from the City College of New York, Bernard M. Baruch School of Business and Public Administration in 1968, and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the New York University School of Law in 1979.
Mr. Rubinstein is admitted to practice in New York and before the Federal District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2d Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of the Bar of the City of New York and the New York State Bar Association, Section on Trust and Estate Law.
Mr. Rubinstein lectures extensively in the areas of Estate and Tax Planning, and Domestic and International Asset Protection.
Kenneth Rubinstein was the author of The International Trust Act, International Foundations Act, International Limited Liability Companies Act and International Company and Trust Services Providers Act, enacted by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in 2009. He also serves as consultant to the International Financial Services Providers Association of Antigua and Barbuda, as well as to government officials and financial services association leaders in various jurisdictions.
He was the host of "Your Money and The Law", a weekly radio program, broadcast on WEVD, 1050 AM in New York. Mr. Rubinstein is also frequently interviewed on various financial programs on radio and television, including: Bloomberg Financial News (Radio & TV); WABC (Radio & TV); CNBC; Yahoo Finance; WOR; WEVD; National Public Radio; Swiss National Television; Japan National Television and Norwegian National Television.
